Quantum CDC is a nonprofit organization in the forefront of community and economic development, working with multi-cultural residents and businesses throughout the County of Los Angeles. Quantum’s mission is to empower impoverished and distressed communities by implementing programs and providing services that will improve the quality of life for residents and create a livable and vibrant community where human initiative, work, and stable families can flourish.

Quantum CDC operates a business assistance center which provides assistance to small and home-based business owners with building and growing their business. This program provides access to and utilization of shared office facilities and resources, accounting and financial reporting services, technical assistance and counseling, government compliance, and assistance with business financing. In addition Quantum hosts ongoing topical workshops and seminars to help educate owners about various business subject matters. Quantum has taken major steps in providing assistance to the local business of the South Los Angeles, South Bay and Long Beach communities. We conduct free ongoing workshops and seminars, as well as provide technical assistance and counseling. We work closely with local financial institutions to help connect businesses to financial products and access to capital needed to start or expand their businesses.
