Quantum CDC operates a Housing Services Program, providing educational workshops and affordable housing to individuals residing in low-to-moderate income communities. The program provides access to affordable housing, down payment assistance and purchase money loan programs to persons interested in homeownership. In addition, the program offers housing preservation workshops and post-foreclosure options to homeowners facing foreclosure.
The Housing Services Program for Quantum CDC is expanding its focus in 2011 and venturing into real estate acquisition and the development of affordable housing. Working with development and funding partners, Quantum CDC’s goal is to increase the availability of affordable housing for individuals and families in the underserved communities in South Los Angeles.

The Quantum CDC Housing Services program is designed to stimulate growth, improve the quality of life and provide for a more stabilized community.
Quantum CDC owns income properties that house low-income tenants and an Early Learning Center dedicated to serve the families in the community. In addition, Quantum CDC serves as a Managing Agent for two project-based Section 8 Senior apartment buildings, providing programs and services designed to enhance the quality of life for seasoned members of the Community. Quantum CDC also manages a Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) property, which provides affordable rental housing to low-income families. |
