Since 2008, Quantum Community Development Corporation (CDC) is a nonprofit organization in the forefront of community and economic development, working with multi-cultural residents and businesses throughout Southern California. Quantum’s mission is to empower impoverished and distressed communities by implementing programs and services that will improve the quality of life for residents and create a livable and vibrant community where human initiative, work, and stable families can flourish.

Quantum CDC collaborates with many organizations throughout the County of Los Angeles to help deliver its services to low-income individuals and distressed neighborhoods. These partnerships have provided Quantum CDC the opportunity to take the lead in developing and implementing a variety of programs including a free income tax assistance program; financial education and small business development workshops; and a business development center, which hosts a virtual office program and provides technical assistance. Additionally, Quantum CDC provides on-the-job training, free expungement assistance, and other supportive services to help integrate individuals back into society.
